SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders usually within the US ship with 5 -7* business days. International orders ship within 9-14 business days.

*Production times may be longer during holidays and busy periods. 
Please note that your items may ship separately. 


CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS

Ven & Rose is happy to offer a 30 day Fair return policy if your order is defective or contains errors.

Since all items are printed after you order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items that are not defective, faulty or contains errors. 

Please double check your sizing & color choices prior to checking out. 

If you need to return your item, please contact us (hello@venandrose.com)  within 30 days from purchase with your request. Returns can only be accepted if the item is faulty or contains errors.

We reserve the right to not accept the return if the item has been returned without a prior communication from the buyer and/or 30 days have passed from the purchase.

We are happy to send you a replacement item or refund your purchase for defective items, whichever you prefer. Please note you, as a buyer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We are not responsible for items lost in the post when returning them, so please use only trackable service when returning your item.
